Return & Exchange Policy
XMUSX follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
The product received is damaged, or
There are missing items in the package
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To qualify for any claim, the customer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that:
Clearly shows the sealed package before opening
Captures the entire unboxing process without cuts or interruptions
Clearly highlights the issue (damage or missing item)
Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in automatic rejection of the claim without exception.
Claim Timeline
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances
Resolution
Upon verification and approval, XMUSX will offer a replacement only
No refunds will be issued under any condition
XMUSX reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any claim.
