Shipping Policy

XMUSX currently ships across India.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from order confirmation
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared where applicable.

XMUSX shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

Courier service providers
Natural disasters, weather conditions, or unforeseen events
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address, XMUSX is not obligated to re-ship the order without additional charges.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.
